In order to qualify for the prize drawing, all you have to do is drop us a quick e-mail. The following rules apply:

3. The contest IS open to both U.S. and non-U.S. participants.

Sideshow Collectibles is offering a limited edition prize for this contest that is not yet available in our warehouses. Please be aware that your prize will not be shipped to you at the close of the contest, but rather when the figure is available. The Medicom Toy Black-suited Spider-Man VCD figure is estimated, but not guaranteed, to arrive in our warehouse in May, 2007.
