We’ve updated our 4K Ultra HD Release List here at The Digital Bits accordingly. We’ll add the Amazon.com pre-order link as soon as it goes live (both to the list and the cover art below).

Also today, Scream Factory has just announced that they’re going to be bringing a trio of classic John Carpenter titles to Blu-ray on 6/24, including an In the Mouth of Madness: Collector’s Edition, Someone’s Watching Over Me, and Memoirs of an Invisible Man. SRP for each is $29.99 and extras are still to be announced.

Scream Factory is also going to be releasing the first film ever directed by James Cameron, Piranha II: The Spawning, on Blu-ray on 7/17. Again, extras are TBA. You can see the cover artwork below.

And in other news here at the site, we’ve just posted the latest update of our Release Dates & Artwork section featuring all the latest Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K Ultra HD cover artwork and Amazon.com pre-order links. As always, anytime you order through our links it helps us to continue our work here at The Bits and we appreciate it.

Finally today, I wanted to mention something important. There’s an amazing young woman named Stacey Locke who’s a dear friend ours of here at The Digital Bits. She’s a talented web designer, who was a huge part of our own website redesign here at The Bits back in 2010-11 – helping us get the look right and making it all work. Unfortunately, Stacey is now fighting an aggressive form of cancer. Her friends have established a Go Fund Me page (you’ll find it here) to help Stacey and her family in this difficult time. So to all our readers: If any of you are able, we’d sure appreciate it if you made a donation to help them – literally whatever you can will make a difference. From all of us at The Bits, we thank you!

We’ll leave you with a look at the cover artwork for Game of Thrones, the new Carpenter Scream titles, and more (Amazon links will be added as they go live)...
