Morning, folks! Well, looks like Walmart may have jumped the gun on leaking the Star Wars: The Force Awakens Blu-ray cover artwork. Here’s what it looked like before very quickly being disappeared. It’s BB-8... because of course it is. You can see it on the left and below there. [Editor’s Note: It’s since been reposted on, which suggests the official announcement is imminent.]

Interestingly, it could be that there will be several different iterations of the cover art featuring the different characters from the film. So this could just be one of the covers. We’ll have to wait and see.  [Read on here…]

A list of potential extras was also leaked and pulled, and it’s the exact same list that first leaked last week from a European retailer. Essentially, it’s 7 behind-the-scenes featurettes (Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey, The Story Awakens: The Table Read, Building BB-8, Crafting Creatures, Blueprint of a Battle: The Snow Fight, The Visual Magic of the Force, and John Williams: The Seventh Symphony), deleted scenes (reports are 7 or 8 in all), and a Force for Change promo. Tip of the hat to Den of Geek and Stitch Kingdom for catching the art before it disappeared.

We expect the official street date to be 4/5, and that the official announcement is imminent. Meanwhile, you can pre-order the title on by clicking on the art below...

Back with more a bit later this afternoon. Stay tuned...
