Return of the Jedi (Version B)

This version of Return of the Jedi is a little weird. It too was mastered directly from the special edition laserdisc. It starts with the Dolby Digital "City" trailer (in 5.1) and follows with a trailer for a company called "Look", although again, I doubt very much if Look (whoever they are) had anything to do with this disc. Then the film starts playing, in fairly good quality letterboxed widescreen (although the colors are oversaturated). Chinese subs appear in white in the bottom bar of the letterbox. The audio is Dolby Digital 5.1. There is no menu and there are no chapter stops. The artwork on the disc itself is taken from the special edition release poster.

You can see screen shots from the disc below. Keep in mind that when resizing them for the Internet, Photoshop tends to minimize imperfections in the picture, so the images may make the video look better than it is. I would say that the video is slightly less than laserdisc quality (being a copy) but definitely better than VHS.
