You
know... we're just pleased as punch to have Adam
Jahnke on our staff here at The
Digital Bits. Adam's been a regular fixture around here
for a long time now. We first met him in person
when
we visited the set of Troma's The
Toxic Avenger IV: Citizen Toxie. This was in February of
2000. Not long after that, Adam started writing reviews for us (his
first was Roger Corman's Piranha
- it was love at first sight). Pretty soon Adam became the official
Bits go-to guy. He was
cranking out reviews, doing interviews with directors - you name it.
Like our
Bitsy
Awards? Adam's a big part of what makes that work. Next to
Bill and Todd, Adam's like the third wheel around here. And we mean
that in a good way! So we figured that it was high time Adam got a
regular column here at The Bits.
And, true to form, Adam's risen to challenge. The result is The
Bottom Shelf. What's he gonna talk about? Anything he
wants. Trust us when we say that Adam knows a thing or two about
movies. We're sure you'll find anything he writes worth a read.

Digital Bits, our favorite achiever (and proud we are of
him) Adam Jahnke is also a
major moviegoer. And as you can probably imagine, once he sees a
movie, Adam likes to share his thoughts about it with the rest of
